    Minute of meeting for solar system

    Meeting character: A training about solar system

    Clou: the misunderstandings suffered when used the solar system

    Meeting target: teach all personnel in AEVR and AESH to learn how to use the solar system

    Moderator: IT from Malaysia, name TAY KEE SING, and Neo from Suzhou

    Meeting Outcome: everyone ask Questions and get the Answers

    Moderator’s decision: Now we used the solar not enough, so can not meet all the troubles, if have any further problems, can email, phone or Skype TAY or Neo 

     

    1.         QWhether the IT dep. Consider using the Chinese version specially for Chinese area.

    是否可以考虑用中文版本,针对中国区

    Athey said no, the English words are easy to learn and also can get help from Neo or someone whose English is good .

    不考虑,单词的词汇简单,看是否可以学会看,别人教或是找Neo帮助.

    2.         Qwhy still fail to print the tables out which created in the solar system

    为什么还是不能用打印机打印系统中生成的表格   

    AThe printer in shanghai office failed to attached the long distance system, they will try to deal with it as soon as possible

    远程和公司的打印机现在还没有连接,会尽快处理

    3.         Q: whether the sales assistant must to fill in the sales activities every day?

    助理是不是也要填sales activities  

    A: No, this part specially for sales personnel

    不用,是针对销售人员的

    4.         Q: when the solar should be completed?

    系统什么时候开始要全面完善好   

    A: At most one month一月之内

    5.         Q: After the solar system completed, whether must to do the files submitted to HQ, like hotlist. Sales report etc.

    solar用好之后,是否还需要填发送给总部的表格,hotlist. Sales report. 

    A: The Headquarter will announce to stop do those reports when the system is perfect.

    等完善到一定程度,总部会通知不用再收集资料做报表

    6.         Q: whether we always need to key in customer master file before do Quotation.

    是不是每次填Quotation都要键入customer master file,

    A: It depends, the system is updating day by day. The sales do the sales activities everyday, when do a Quotation, the customer’s information shall be find in the sales activities, or we should key in the customer master file.    

    看情况,系统一直在更新,销售人员每天都在填sales activities,要报价,之前应该在sales activities 记录过,这类情况就不用填customer master file.

    7.         Q: As for the superior’ sales activities, whether we need to set limits of authority to make others can not see them.

    权限设置上,针对上级的sales activities,是不是对其他的人应该是屏蔽状态

    A: Neo can offer help when need to set limits of authority.

    设置权限找小梁处理,可以做到.

    8.         Q: If one customer has several Quotations, whether those Quotations use the same Quotations number. 

    一个客户的多个报价,是不是用同一个报价号

    A: It depends. If those Quotations for the same project and can print out in one copy, use one Nom, otherwise, use different Numbers, but if one Quotation need to modified, use the same Num. 

    针对项目的情况不同来处理,需要打印在一张报价单上的项目可以用一个报价单号,如果不要一张上面的话,就是要用不同的报价单号.

    9.         Q: Since we use the system, how to take the order?

    以后下单的流程怎么走

    A: First we should do Quotation and order in solar then print out and fax to Suzhou to take order.

    首先要在系统里做好报价和订单的记录,打印出来之后,传真苏州下单

    10.     Q: Since the data exist in the system , whether we need to keep the paper documents

     以后的电子档案存在了,还要不要存纸头文件

    A: Yes .需要

    11.     Q: Whether we need not to do the documents which should do during the sales process before. for the system can create now.

    现在销售各个环节的文档是不是不再用了,系统可以生成

    A: Yes, it is a must. The HQ need to do the put in and out analyse.

    是的,而且是必须的,要做投入和产出分析的

    12.     Q: There are many customers in the solar system. it is not easy to find the exactly information we need ,so whether can set the intelligent lookup, like we can find the customer by the first letter, or can set the options limit in filiale . 

    系统里面的客户很多,是不是可以设置智能的查找方式,如有首字母可以引出下选项,或是设置不同的分公司的选项,即是分公司范围输入的,自己下拉下拉菜单就可以容易找到.

    A: no. we should take care to do this,

    不能,做时需要仔细一点就好了.
