Provide technical support to PC's/Notebooks/servers
Perform daily system administrative tasks
A general technical knowledge of PC's/peripherals and their architecture
Understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, network, printing)
Knowledge on Microsoft products, workstation/server OS, Office ..etc.
Knowledge on Lotus Notes
Degree or diploma in computing
