嘉兴伯林顿纺织有限公司是美国“国际纺织集团”在浙江省嘉兴市经济开发区成立一家全资子公司，公司总投资为2000万美元，于2006年底正式试生产。公司厂区规划按照美国标准设计建造，管理采用美国企业管理模式，设备采用世界最先进的纺织染整技术和设备；预计年生产1900万码装潢、家居纺织品。

Jiaxing Burlington textile co., Ltd. is a subsidiary enterprise wholly funded by American International Textile Group in Jiaxing Economic Development Zone of Zhejiang Province. The whole investment of our enterprise is 20 million dollars. It will begin its trial-product at the end of 2006. Our enterprise’s factory is designed and built according to American standards and will be run by American pattern of management. It will adopt the most advanced technics and facilities for dyeing and finishing in the world. It intends to produce 19 million miles textile products for the use of decoration and family.
Our enterprise will afford every qualified employee with a good salary and a perfect welfare. It will also apply the basic endowment insurance, basic hospitalization insurance, working injury insurance, procreating insurance, unemployment insurance and housing accumulating fund for the new employees. Our enterprise has already purchased a building in Jiaxing to solve the employees’ problem of housing, and the building is at the state of decoration.

Basic requirements:
Bachelor at least. More than two-year working experience. General staff is required of certificate of TEF4 and mastery of English reading and writing. Staff at the grade of supervisor needs mastery of English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
