Location:(云浮市)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
-Assist the daily administrative work to the whole team
-Establish a reliability rating for supervisor's direct reports which considers timely and accuracy of feedback
-Reads and routes incoming mails and other correspondence. Locates and attaches appropriate file to correspondence to be answered.
-Organizes and maintains file system, and files correspondence and other records.
-Negotiate, make appointments and monitor performance of corporate hotel.
-Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities and records and transcribes minutes of meetings. Manages supervisor's calendar and independently schedules appointments.
-Screens incoming calls and responds independently when possible.
-Prepares memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies and monitors compliance.
-Arranges programs, events or conferences by arranging for facilities and caterer, issuing information or invitations.
-Composes and prepares confidential correspondence, reports and other complex documents.
-Arranges complex and detailed travel plans and itineraries, compiles documents for travel-related meetings.
-Coordinate training program for Supervisor’s direct reports.
Requisite Education/Experience:
-College degree of related major;
-Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
-related working experience preferred;
-Good command of PC skills(MS Office, Powerpoint, Internet)
