Location: (云浮市）
Purpose/Key Responsibilities:
•Ensures that developed product is fully evaluated and commercialized in preparation for mass production
•Ensures product evaluation covers areas of fit, performance, grading, workmanship and commercial viability
•Ensures all samples created are technically viable
•Ensures that all products in development conform to the article description (AD) in all aspects
•Ensures that size sets, counter samples and confirmation samples are produced and approved in a timely manner
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•Works with HQ on pattern and size spec issues
•Verifies that all samples meet product expectation in terms of fit and workmanship
•Works together with factory’s technical team to ensure that bulk production mirrors the expectations set down on the AD
•Conducts garment pre-production meetings to clarify any open issues regarding the product make up
•Works with home project managers on pre-screening A Ds in terms of feasibility for manufacturing
•Makes proposals to home project managers on potential product improvements
Requisite Education/Experience:
•English fluency
•Have specific pattern making background (preferably as a pattern maker)
•A comprehensive knowledge of sewing and garment production methods
•Two years production experience in the garment manufacturing
