Purpose/Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and control A&G Tier 1 factory’s product quality. Assist and help Tier 1 factory to implement the new management tools and system.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Daily final inspection.
L&P follow up and checking.
Production follow up and checking, inline checking.
Make inspection report after inspection.
Checking factory’s working hours according to our company’s policy.
Work with Tier 1 factories and QC team leader to analyze the Adi-comp report.
Follow up factory’s daily Lean operation.
Join the Pre-production meeting and collect developing team’s requirement.
Follow up and check SOE’s action plan in factory and extract monthly report to team leader.
Help factories to set up QIT ( Quality Improve Team) to settle the quality issue.
Follow up the project from HQ with Tier 1 factories.
Requisite Education/Experience:
3 – 5 years QC experience
Good communication skill ( Both English and Chinese )
Bachelor degree
Good English reading and writing capability
Good PC operation
