Key Responsibilities:
-Provide secretarial support to the Special Project Manager of A&G (Accessaries & Gears) department.
-Supervises the Department Assistant and drivers on all routine activities.
-Provide secretarial support to the Special Project Manager.
-Routine work, eg: filing, expense report, etc.
-PowerPoint presentation.
-Trip arrangement (Business, vacation, etc.)
-Car arrangement.
-Arrangement of Video Conference.
-Other administrative affair such as retrieving data from in-house computer systems, web-site, etc.
-Supervise/substitute to the Department Assistant.
-Compiling reports.
-Monthly report for office manager to controlling.
-Quarterly vendor rating report.
-Monthly supplier statement reconciliation report.
-Follow up on Legal issue.
-Updating supplier database.
-Staff Leave report.
-Trip arrangement for Top management, visitors.
-Group meeting arrangement and recap group meeting report.
-Office activity arrangement such as outing, Christmas Party, Annual Dinner, etc.
-Petty cash dealing.
-Dommunicate with other division & supplier.
Requisite Education/Experience:
-Bachelor degree of relevant major;
-Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
-3 years related working experience;
-Good command of PC skills(MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet);
-Good communication skills.
