Purpose/Key Responsibilities:
？Ensure that adidas quality and delivery standard is adhered to by suppliers and manufactory partners.
？Coordinates the technical team in order to guarantee constant and reliable quality level according to the adidas-Salomon standards.
？Supports suppliers and ensures that all adidas-Salomon production/quality standards are implemented properly.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
General
？Coordinates double sourcing between LO’s
？Cooperates with current and trains new suppliers
？Ensures proper development of the technical team in house and based in different sourcing countries.
？Builds and maintains a close relationship with interfaces such as development and merchandising team and supports them on new developments.
？Checks current production with the help of respective technician and interferes when problems arise during
production
？Handles customer returns
？Hosts preproduction meeting
？Follows SoE action plan given to suppliers
？Keep tracking ball production, inclusive of in-house stitching centre
Systems/procedure:
？Finds new ways to improve finalization samples and our systems (colors; printed items; injected items; label; etc)
？Reduces defective returns
？Follow up and monitor WIP at factory level
？Create monthly QC/Lab reports
？Evaluate factory QC performance
？Monitor efficiency following “Lean” concept
Personnel Development:
？Builds up and develops team (objective setting, assessments, training, other development measures)
？Trains technical team especially new employees and passes on experience to them
Requisite Education/Experience:
？English fluently (other languages welcome)
？Minimum of five years experience in accessories & gear manufacturing
？Good IT-/EDP-skills
？Experience in sourcing/quality/printing/mould tooling
？Minimum of three years international management experience
