Responsibilities工作职责：
责任：
1.Data collection through secondary and selective primary research 数据挖掘与整理；
间接调査（secondary research）及び選ばれた直接调査(primary research)を通して、情報を収集する。
2.Prepare specified parts of deliverables e.g. reports in word or PowerPoint or Excel spreadsheets 撰写项目报告、制作表格、准备项目演示；
提出成果物を用意する。例えば、WORD、PPT又はEXCELのレポート。
3.Perform specified analyses under guidance from senior colleagues 在上级员工的指导下进行专业分析；
シニアメンバーの指導の元で、データ分析を行う。
4.Active participation in and contribution to team discussion on problem solving, brainstorming, effective approaches to deal with project-specific issues, etc. 参与项目分解与头脑风暴的集体讨论，采取有效的方法应对不同的项目。
问题解决、brainstormingなどの打ち合わせに参加して、違うプロジェクトに対応する方法を見つける。
Requirements 资质要求
资格
1.Good English and excellent Japanese (JPT-1 at least) 英语良好(至少英语4级)，日语优秀（至少日语一级）；
言语能力：英語4級以上で、且つ日本語1級以上である。
2.Quick learner with analytical capabilities and some basic knowledge or experience of working in an international business environment快速学习能力、快速融入国际化工作氛围的能力；
知識を速く覚えられる能力及び国際的なビジネス環境で働いた経験を備える。
3.Superior communication skills and analytical skills 出色的沟通能力和分析能力；
上手な分析能力及び交流能力を備える。
4.Bachelor degree as minimum 本科或以上学历。
学士号或いはそれ以上の学位を取得した方。

2. We will provide necessary English training to the new employees, conditionally.
