Role Description:
We are looking for a self-motivated, sales- and growth-oriented achiever to manage all online marketing activities and partnerships for our consumer business in China.
This person will be responsible for the management of all existing online partnerships and related online marketing initiatives undertaken with these partners in China. He/she will manage a small team of Partner Managers, and work together with the Central Marketing team, the China-based Telemarketing teams and the Offline Marketing team. His/Her primary objective will be to generate traffic and sales to the Englishtown sites along exact monthly targets.
The incumbent will:
-Plan, manage and execute online campaigns to raise customer acquisition;
-Head the strategic and creative development of new online campaigns together with his/her own team and our in-house design and development teams;
-Accurately follow business results and quickly react to business trends so as to ensure our goals are reached and all opportunities taken;
-Exactly monitor performance versus goals and ensure a clear and timely reporting on achievements and problem-solutions;
-Coordinate efforts with the IT team to solve potential platform or reporting challenges;
-Build strong relationships with our online partners and ensure each relevant Partner Manager is in full control of their own accounts;
-Lead, manage & grow the know-how and skills of the Partner Managers;
-Establish strong relationships with the Telemarketing, the Business Development and the Offline Marketing Teams based in China.
-Analyze competitor activities and suggest actions to be taken to secure and grow our market share;
-Develop appropriate procedures and reports to continuously assess and improve campaign effectiveness; and
-Work closely with Channel Owners / Designers / Webmasters / Programmers to optimize partner-relevant content and sales results.
